Artist Biography:
WeezAy was born and enrolled on a small Indian Reservation in Montana. Her tribe is the Assiniboine people who branched off the Sioux Nation to form what is called the Nakoda people. She was born November 21, 1982 in Harlem, Montana. Twenty-four year old WeezAy was intoduced to music by her Father, Dean Doney Sr., who taught her how to sing. She began singing at a very young age performing in churches across the U.S. and other social events. She sang gospel music with her family for the majority of her life and later decided to pursue a career in rap music. WeezAy writes her own songs and produces some of her own music along with her brother and producer, Dean Doney Jr.
She has collaborated with many other artists such as Group 1 Crew's Manwell, and Bound4Glory Record's Artist Prozpera "D."She has performed in several different Venues across the U.S.such as Phoenix, Arizona and different parts of America. WeezAy has a serious passion for music but more than anything her goals are to present postive music and be a postive role model for everyone. Whether or not she gets signed she will always continue on doing what she love's because She has a true love for music. She is currently in the process of pursuing her goals and ambitions. She has been working on an unfinished project. She hope's she will be able to live her dream and help people globally and possibly world-wide through the spreading of the Gospel and through her music.
