Harvey Dent aka Faceoff was born in Somerville, NJ but lived in various cities
including Jersey City, New Brunswick, Trenton, Camden, and multiple other parts of
Jersey." I love Jersey. Jersey is my shit." Son of electrifying funk band out of the late 70s
The Voltage Brothers Johnny Lewis. He truly picked up where his father left off. Faceoff
was making real music dealing with real life situations that are happening right now.
After all that he still maintains to rock the crowd. Harvey Dent has worked with known producers like Mercury (from the group Bunjii) and Flatline Ent. Group who has producer credits on Jim Jones(dip set) P.O.M.E album as well as Juelz Santana(dip set) and Reakwon(wu-tang clan). As well as being on Mix Tapes throughout the Delaware Valley area, most recent Coast 2 Coast MixTape hosted by Super Producer Pharell(the neptunes & n.e.r.d). He has been an opening act for various major artist on the east coast as well as the Midwest, artist like Peedi Peedi(roc-a-fella records) and Omilio Sparks(roc-a-fella records) in Virginia Beach. In the midwest he headlined along side the Goodie Mob(arista records) at KSU Rap Fest in Manhattan, Kansas, he also did the college radio show at KSU with now infamous DJ K-Sly ( Steve Harvey’s Big Time, Dance 360, and numerous videos featuring Mims and Chingy). He has also done credible work at Touch of Jazz Studios." I was in the studio with Trey Songs and Wanye Morris, it was a great experience. He had gone down to Atlanta, GA to follow his father’s footsteps. While down there he recorded his first LP entitled "Realized." Being down there with my father and the rest of the Voltage Brothers really made me step up my game. Also, while out there he realized that he was working with well renowned Sean Paul from Young Bloods(so so def records). Harvey Dents sharp style reflects the streets and all of the struggles. Don't be fooled he can still make a party jump and the girls go wild.
