Though some tracks have an over all indie sound to them, these tracks hold high musicianship, and excellent performances. The music is tightly wrapped, and the vocals are a mix of classic R&B styles, and old school jazz styles as well. The songs are diverse and sung with soul, and energy. The disc is very laid back and the guitars, beats, and keys are done almost flawlessly. This disc is a great mix of classic jazz with today's r&b hip hop sound complete with full vocal harmonies, and catchy choruses, and verses that stick with you. Well done all in all.
