i like classical, r&b, of course hiphop, some rock like rage against the machine, reggae, and that's about all i can think of. my favorite m.c. of all time is NAS. under him is scarface, tupac, biggie, jay-z, immortal technique, canibus, andre 3000, lupe fiasco. under them is too many to name.

TOO MANY TO NAME. but my most favorite is THE AUTOBIOGRAPHY OF MALCOLM X, GUNS GERMS AND STEEL, BEFORE THE MAYFLOWER, STOLEN LEGACY, AND BELIEVE OR NOT BECAUSE I'M BLACK BUT I FOUND THE BOOK INTERESTING AND DERANGED AT THE SAME TIME WAS MEIN KAMPF.

Movies

favorite movie is malcolm x, pursuit of happiness, scarface, casino, menace to society, juice, fahrenheit 9/11, and lot of documentaries such as A GREAT MIGHTY WALK BY JOHN HENRIK CLARKE.
