Ashley "ABri" Williams was born and raised in San Jose,Ca. She loved music from the day she was taken from the womb. Her first rig was a hand me down Casio keyboard and an old school recorder. From then she began to develop her skill into a songwriter,artist and composer. She produced and wrote from that point on and upgraded her studio gear. Coming from a home of performers, ABri understood the struggle that came with being an artist who wanted her craft known on a public scale. ABri has opened for well known artists such as Sugafree, Dem Hoodstarz, The Team and other local artists. She was crowned Freestyle Queen at the Stanford University freestyle competition with Keak Da Sneak. She had the opportunity to display her talents in front of BET's 106th and park judges. After jumping from group to group, spoiled relationship to brick walls, ABri finally began to hone her craft and put herself first. Hence the name of her debut album "Detour", ABri has taken a new road with her talent but still has the same journey in mind. "I've never been so ready."
