Honeybee is a talented songwriter/singer/rapper breaking through the music industry showing soul and passion for the talent that was giving to her by God. Her ability to switch from feather-light whispers to sub-bass power displays a versatile and unique voice that matches the intensity of her strikingly looks. The youngest of three children, she was brought up in East Texas and was raised on a steady diet of gospel and soul. Her musical introduction came courtesy of her Father who taught her the meaning of having such a powerful voice as a young girl. She started writing songs at nine years old and recorded her first demo at fourteen. After studying music technology and sacrificing some of the finer things in life she study her craft and started to be more focused on music being her career, Honeybee is also emerging as a formidable producer. I want to keep working with other producers that understand my sound.” As of September 10, 2007 she was welcomed to the well-known record company Slip-N-Slide Records “on the grind” to wining a recording contract based votes to immense her talent and succeeding her goal to have music to be her career.
