John and Degeneres are prepared to take this to the supreme court for trial after stripping him of his pink and rainbow gay rights bumper stickers, hats, sex toys, flavored oils and scandalous leather thong out fits. It hasn't even been twenty four hours since the racial slurrs incident circling around "Black Al and his Oder Crew" which still has the black and white community in an up roar.
