As for the comment made by Ike shula about "FRANCHISE" " He thinks he's got it in the bag". . . well, what is someone in a competition suppose to believe????? of course he's got confidence in what he's doing and based on the feedback from all the episodes, from the Loud community and from nation wide and international support. . . Yeah! in my opinion, he should confident with what he's shown throughout this thing, but, What it comes down to is "WHAT DOES SRC WANT???" Do these people just want to make a quick hit on the industry with a one hit wonder spittin the same shit everyones already heard?, or do they want to present a fresh, new perspective to their market that will truly bring sales and recognition to new heights for them???? Who knows these days especially when, if you look, it seems lables are selling anything to us. Make a hook and a new gay ass dance or step, or talk about guns and the drugs you supposedly sell and they'll sell a few thousand copies. . . just a few though! I mean just check the #'s . . . do they want to sell ring tones or records?????? Do they want their artist to be versatile and appealing to all genres and other artists, or do they wish to stay confined to one that is so flooded and stagnant????? Could they give a shit and are just milking these contestants for all the promo work they can do for Loud SRC under the front of a competition HMMMMN!????
TRUTH be told, YEAH by ME. . . lately, It seems alot like the latter. This shit was suppose to be over in December 07, here it is May 08 and they still pimpin these dudes out to anyone they can get to jump on board. Shits just fishy to me. I understand about payin dues and all that shit don't get me wrong, but these brothers, I'm sure, have been payin dues long before this comp started and I fear now, may be having their dreams used by someone else as an engine for his own profit and the perverbial carrot is the $100,000. FOR REAL . . . What's up STEVE??? ! You know what you have with "THE FRANCHISE." You have to have heard the music he's made. Not just the loud shit because honestly, that shit hasn't given any of these brothers the space they need to create the music they can. You havn't seen or heard all of what these men have to offer, just a glimpse and with that, I will say, from my glimpse, I can see that the other contestants have some skills here and there, BUT. . . "FRANCHISE" has the whole package.
KillaKat I feel you my dude.I think all of us did a great job through this whole contest.And we all know there is going to be heads who say this and say that.But at the end of the day no one can take from us that we grinded our asses off for loud.com.Real talk!!.Ike said I think I have this in the bag.WOW! you can't be serious.I have pushed in this contest from start till now.Never for one second in this contest have I felt like I had this in the bag.Thats why I work myself hard and stay up all hours of the night to finish my tasks and make sure that im getting them done the best I can.So I felt that comment was a lil off.But such is life.I can only keep my mind focused and keep it moveing.I don't see anything wrong with showing love back to the people who have helped me in this whole Loud.com process.The community is where it all started.Steve said once to Most O.''
