Copy of Letter sent 7th of October 2007 to Rich Walkup [Copy of letter I sent 4 dayZ ago to LoUD team] To whom this may concern, I have tried to purchase beatZ with no success and not for the first, nor second time. This Scenario makes me look bad and I have been made to feel like I feel like Im too good to purchase beatz. That iz simply not the case - or maybe i'm cheap!! I have had to employ the exprtize of a real IT technician to try and get over the reoccuring problem. He noticed the contradiction where the fields require an American telefone number for the transaction to work [we are in the UK] and also if we specified that we were/are in the UK the field does not give U/us the option to put a postcode in. We overcome this problem a couple of times and had to then chase up LOUD for the way it decided to take the piss with the technician's [MR N. Cocking's] account subsequently overbilling for the transaction. The third set of heats has arrived and my ratings has gone down [shudn't I be on 4 stars at least, how does it go down from 3 to 2?] The fact of the matter iZ I have put alot of time, energy and material into this thing and the reoccuring problem just hasn't been addressed. I think it wud be courteous of U to either sort out the transaction problem by tomorrow [so that I have an equal chance in this competition]or accredit me with a $3.99 10 beat pack which I can later reimburses U with in the form of a £2 [UK] via post. Please take the time to sort this problem out. I have a career and a reputation to maintain myself.
