you can use your mic on here. i run protools as well and have two top of the line condenser mics one of which im using on here as well as 8,000.. $ in production equipment(hardware and software) if anythang you should do this just because you luv your craft. thats what a real mc would do playa. hope to hear some tight music from you soon.

How u get it workin with the microphone? I can't figure it out... do I gotta get the Mbox2 connected wit tha studio or what... ima do the contest now cuz ya lil line there kinda got me hyphy n im ready... but i gotta figure dis shit out
take your 1/4" outplugs and buy an adapter to covert it to the size of the mic input your computer takes. have protool running in the background with your mic line 1 enabled. that should work i am not using protools because i have a mic pre amp that i can run it through and i do not recomend you using any effects processors because you may be disqualified. they wanna hear how you really sound. hit me up if you have any problems connecting it. ill be looking for your tracks playa.
p.s. i give you this info because grew up back west and nor cal(bay area) is my second home so i gotta show sum luv. bay area rap in my eyes is the best playa.

U can use any Mic u got son. I got a real Mic hooked to da PC thats hooked to my Turntables, mixer, and Big ass speakers. Hell I even recorded some of the joints I made on Battle Rap, and rockin them 1 minute joints in da Club. What da hell u complainin bout a Mic for cat!!! Rap like u doin on dat myspace page Yungsta.
