What’s up everybody? I decided to do a mini tournament within the site. I selected 32 emcees and just matched them up at random. I want the community to post a reply in the forum to see who wins each round. Just like the NCAA tournament, it will be 32, 16, 8, 4, then 2. Each round will be short, only 3 days, and I will tally up the votes on the forum. I will post everything under the “Beats” Forum cus it doesn’t get used that much…
The list will be like this:
1. MavLo “100,000 Verse Vs. Maverick “Producer’s Produce”
2. MC 1 “song title” Vs. MC 2 “Song title”
3. etc. etc.
when you reply to the forum, just copy and past the entire list, delete the name of the emcee that you chose for each round. So, your list will be listed 1 through 16 with one emcee on each line instead of two.
1. Maverick “Producer’s Produce”
2. MC 1 “Song Title”
Etc., etc.
Why am I doing this? Why not? Just trying to encourage feedback and to see how you rank between other people. Loud is not showing us our rating from week to week and this is a good way to see how you perform between your peers. I am giving away 25 beat credits to the winner, nothing too exciting, but its something we could all use right? If I did not include you in the tournament, sorry, no hard feelings. If I did use you and you are upset about it, sorry, just trying to help you get exposure. This is all for the love of hip-hop. Don’t be scared to vote, we are rating the songs, not necessarily the MC.
