Well, I for one will NOT congratulate the CROW, due to my sincere belief that there were underlying reasons for his victory, that lie outside the realm of this "contest." If one gains a sense of pride from a win such as that, then more power to em and I pray his false sense of pride holds out long enough to carry him through his endeavors. I will say, that I truly hope he reinvests the 100K back into his persona and skills, because he is very deficient when it comes to both areas. If you wish to call me hater, PLEASE, by all means do so, but the truth remains as it is. I'm sure in a while, when they release his album, should they decide to that is, they will find that they made a few mistakes in their decision. He sold only 6 slices in his hometown, even with his brilliant promo idea (that's sincere) and 106 and DJ SKEE connects. Very sad! Even sadder, They chose to sign him anyway, yet they say, the numbers don't lie. Well, if that's true, who is lying??? I laugh though, because I'm positive they will end up paying for it in the end, which pleases me immensely.
I'm saddend however, to believe that, even though this "contest" was a debauchery of bad business and bad politics, that there are still many out there blinded by ignorance and dream that are still going to sign that contract for the next "contest." To all of you, I say, beware and good luck.
As for Franchise. . . It was a learning experience my brother. Now you know. I'm quite sure you will remember this lesson and use it to your advantage in your future endeavors, as the calls continue to come in. This was a damn good look for you bro.
