Hi everybody, this is ya boi Chuck and I'm on here to let the world know about the best and up and coming producer in da game, STEP. I've been in the game for 10 years and I'm happy that things are starting to come together. I've been grindin' for a minute but if you continue to push hard and not let anyone get in the way of your goals, you can make it happen. Also, God has to be #1 in your life. I started out rappin' and continued to do so until 2006. I started making beats around 2001 and enjoyed it also until I found my lane is the business of music. I became the band manager/lyricist for a jazz, hip hop, and soul collective called Elevate The Quest (myspace.com/elevatethequest) in 2005 and we gained a major following in the ATL. I decided to leave to pursue solo endeavors in 2006 and became a street team promotions intern for Grand Hustle. I worked hard and moved up the ranks to eventually become the head studio intern. After speaking with Jason Geter and few other folks at Grand Hustle, we felt it was time for me to do my own thing and make my goals a reality. In addition to managing STEP, my other goal is to become an A&R for a major label so I'm on my way to making it happen.
