Music Invites Soul To Apply Honesty is the acronym for Mista H. A Cuban American M.C. born in Miami, and raised in Miramar, Florida. They say honesty is the best policy, and with his thick and truthful southern delivery, it isn’t hard to notice the drive and passion in his voice. Ever since childhood he would hear a song on the radio, listen to it once or twice and then was able to recite it from then on. Through out his early years the goal was to play baseball on a scholarship through college. Playing baseball all through high school landed him on 2nd team all county and third team all state. Going into his senior year, he was well on his way and seemed to know exactly where he was headed. Two shoulder surgeries later, it was time to choose a new path. Considering all the freestyles he had recorded with local friends all through high school, it was now time to take it to the next level. He got together with the same friends and formed the company Nexta Kin,llc. Drawing from past experiences and inevitable run ins with the law, Mista H thrives off of being himself. At the end of the day it is entertainment, but there is no need to portray or try to be something that you're not. With him always trying to reinvent his style and not fall into a pattern or routine, he knows that its very important to bring a sound that is brand new and refreshing to the game. A couple of his influences are Big Pun, 2pac , UGK , 8 – Ball , and Outkast just to name a few. Staying focused and determined, it is well understood that nothing is handed to you in this world. With negativity only fueling the fire it’s only a matter of time before Mista H appears on the scene, and shatters the cookie cutter format that rappers are falling into these days.
