These are the words that A-FS will say with no hesitation when talking about life nowadays.
When asked about hip-hop, he's quick to take you back to the time when rap was still in it's early b-boy stages, & being surrounded in rap music "since sperm", only made his love for it unconditional. With songs like "Celebrate The Hood" & "We gon make it" he gives you something that would be reminiscent of the 1993 era, while Keeping you moving with joints like "The headbanga", "In These Streets"& "Ghetto Anthem".
A-FS is no stranger to the struggles & hustles of the gutta, raised in Jersey City, N.J. As a teenager he spent alot of his time on Martin Luther King jr. drive a.k.a. Jackson Ave. in the greenville section. Where as he calls it, he was learning for all the hard lessons that would come up in his life in the future, such as ending up homeless during a cold winter for 7 months. When A-FS is asked how does it feel to go from down to lower he says "struggle mean strength! just when you think life can't get no harder, you will be prepared for when it does get harder!"
A-FS has been rapping for 18 years and been putting tracks down since 97, he's been getting into the field of production as far as beats and full music cuts for 5 years now, and within those five years A-FS has also took on the tasks of engineering, mixing, graphic design as well as hosting and producing his own tv & Radio Show On local community stations seen & heard in southern california and plans on keep it moving, signed or unsigned A-FS holds weight! Period!
