X-EL, born Elston Steele Jr. on Sept 26, 1988 in Augusta, GA, is a Music Producer and a Rapper. X-EL had a troubled past in which he was picked on, bullied, and teased by his own peers growing up in Augusta through elementary school and middle school. Along with this, his parents were divorced when he was 2 years of age and through the years, he and his little brother went back and forth between his parents (His father was in the military). When X-EL was 11 years old, he began making beats while beating on lunch tables for his peers in junior high school. When he was 12 years old, he began writing lyrics and rapped under the name "Ice" because he thought his were rhymes were cold and he was shining. This was totally false due to the fact that he lived in numerous trailer parks with his mother and was struggling at the time. He then was dubbed to be called "Bigeezy" by his big brother and since then he has kept the name as his secondary alias name. When he was 14, he was introduced to music production using computer software by Bigg Twon and immediately began making real quality instrumentals and freestylin in the cafeteria of his high school. He began getting exposure for his beats when a local underground rapper played 2 of his instrumentals for people to freestyle to at a teen's place in Watertown, NY. A year later, he recorded his first hit single with his brother (Makem' Lean Ft. DiceKyd) when he was 17 years of age while living in Mililani, Hawaii. He has record many tracks and 2 mixtapes since then. He is currently signed to an unofficial indie label: Double Seven Entertainment.
