Rapper Rellik C and his hip-hop collective R.O.K. Squad have announced that progress is being made on a new album. The CD will stand as Rellik’s album debut; prior to the upcoming CD he released a mixtape, “Role of a G.” The new disc will demonstrate Rellik C’s unique verbal flow and his dead-on sense of grooves.
“The title of the album is ‘Instinct’,” says Rellik C. “Its significance is the fact that becoming great is not something I gotta work to be. Instead my skills for greatness are like instinct.”
The album’s flagship single will be “Just Human,” a song that explores the imperfect nature of humanity and that while no individual can ever be perfect, perfection is still attainable for mankind. On a more personal note, the song takes an unflinching peer into Rellik C’s life. “The significance of the single’s name comes from all the people who have come in and out of my life and blame me for losing our relationships,” he explains. “But I can’t be blamed for every wrong done in the world because I’m only human and humans make mistakes.” He adds that the theme of the rest of the album is a musical statement of Rellik C’s goal: “No matter how flawed I am, I’m still gonna be the best and I won’t stop until I am.” “Just Human” and the rest of the album reflect Rellik C’s “never back down” attitude. His life as a rapper started simply as a way to entertain himself and others. It soon became a driving goal to bring his own personal tweak to the music industry, so he became Rellik C. From there, he began to assemble a group of fellow artists on his wavelength and at his skill level and thus R.O.K. Squad was born.

Rellik C. Grew Up On Tha Foundations Of:: Queens, New York.. Growing Up In A House Hold Of Six In College Point.. His Passion Grew For Music Since He Was Young.. He Knew That One Day He Would Be A Star.. His Home Was New York.. He Blessed The City With His Presence On:: February 5, 1990.. As Time Moved On.. Violence And Ignorance Increased.. His Parents Uprooted The Family From Queens.. They Headed To The Poconos Of Pennsylvania.. With Its Urban Influence.. This Area Was Found Suitable To Live In.. Rellik C.'s Home Was Now The Poconos.. As Life Continued.. He Became Interested In The Music Industry.. Rapping Became His Sport.. His Beginnings Started In The Summer Of 2004.. Many Criticized And Rediculed His Attempts.. Despite It All.. He Strove For Perfection.. Thus Making His Rebirth Silent.. Meanwhile Behind The Scenes.. He Made Several Attempts To Start A Group.. Though The Past Tries Have Failed..
