Sirius radio disc jockey Ms. Mimi was raised in the Chicago land area and she definitely has that Chi-Town flair with her Midwest charm coupled with street smarts and humor make her one dynamic radio host.

Music has always been her passion and at the top of her list. Her musical influences include Marvin Gaye, Mary J. Blige, Cold Play. Ms. Mimi had always dreamed of having a career in entertainment industry.

The Dean Brothers along with their sister Chivon immediately took to Ms. Mimi’s personality and sincerity. She was offered a job only a week after meeting the team and the game was on. Her true hustler spirit surfaced instantly and the company noticed. She was given a raise and a full time position only after three weeks of working at Ruff Ryders. Becoming Executive Assistant to Darrin and Joaquin was just the beginning.



"I learned all aspects of the entertainment industry at Ruff Ryders it was a very good experience for me. I went on tours, balanced budgets, and tracked bds reports! I learned a lot!"

But her journey hasn’t ended there DJ Whoo Kid took notice to Ms. MiMi with a impromptu audition for his Shade 45, Sirius Satellite, G-Unit Radio Saturdays, and he put her on the radio.

With that Ms. MiMi caught the eye of “The Gomez Brothers”, Gaby and Nel$, they are the kings of insults and inappropriate behavior. Ms MiMi fit right in! Gaby and Nel$ recognized her talent immediately and wanted her to have her own show.
