Biography read about me, my style and what I'm all about.

Born Jamaar R. Hutchinson to unmarried parents on August 7, 1987 in Philadelphia, Pa. West Oak Lane raised child began rapping at the age of 14 influenced by the likes of Jay-Z and JadaKiss. At the age 15, He and close friends Mir Tha Man, C.Scott, D-Nice, and Smitty put together the first unofficial L2F mixtape. Mir Tha Man was a vital influence to, then known as Meez's rap career. Although the 2 never recorded other than tha mixtape, they often wrote verses to instrumentals, Realest Niggas (Big and 50 Cent), Potion (Ludacris), Special Delivery (GDep)... Meez then began to grow on his own and switching his name to Mar Tha Fuckin Don after high school. He attended Temple University for a year where he began writing everyday and began thought about taking rap seriously. A unhealthy relationship held him back from rap and when he wrote a verse to a various Cassidy beat, she disliked it and he took that as an inspiration to help him grow better as an artist and to prove her wrong and make something of himself. 8 months prior to the break up and a fall out with a very close friend, Mar Tha Don and Young Rem recorded Mar's first ever track, "Let's Get It!". Mar grew over weeks with the influences of fellow label members and close friends, E-Hos and K-I Tha Emcee. Another unhealthy relationship, which Mar discusses in album track entitled "I'm Sorry", held him down but he used it as an influence to strengthen his lyrical content and material. Mar Tha Don later teamed back up with his first family L2F after the completion of Mar Dot Com pt. 1, and recorded and produced The Official L2F Mixtape (Fuck Yo Hood Vol. 1). This 28 track CD not only has the likes of Mar Tha Don but also, MirDaMan, Talent, D-Nice and a few others. Mar Tha Don is willing to bring back "Thug" rap inwhich NWA and Notorious BIG (Ready 2 Die) had made popular and with the right touch from his label and others who surround him will revitalize not only East Coast Hip Hop but Philadelphia Hip Hop as well....
