I was born and raised in Appleton, Wi. I studied music from the age of 10 when I first joined the school band program, taking both the drums and trombone. Outside of school in my spare time I was tutored in piano. I received my G.E.D. when I was 19 and moved to Madison to attend school at Madison Media Institute. There I studied Recording & Music Technology and it was there that I met B.A.N.U a.k.a. Tone Capone and we began working as a group known as 7-Fi which also included one of Loud.com's other featured artists CzRhandz. We spent the next 10 years performing in and around Madison, gaining a successful local following as well as opening for such national acts as Wyclef, B.O.N.E., Yukmouth, Too-Short & Mystikal.
