Who is Frank King?
Born in Savannah, GA and raised in Beaufort,SC, Frank King is the next superstar.
Born to make beats, he started producing in '96.
In '00, by accident, he started freestyling with his brother, Chopper K. As a result, he realized that he also had another talent. By '02, he had become an unstoppable force when it came to freestyling. His punchlines were so vicious, he never lost a freestyle battle.
In the middle of '02, he moved to Lee Rd. in Douglasville,GA and continued to eliminate wannabe rappers. When he stopped freestyling in '04, he was still undefeated.
In '04, he became 1/2 of the rap super-group C.K.P. That was also when he started writing. In as little as 5 months, C.K.P., AKA the KingPins, had set Lee Rd on fire with blistering lyrics and top notch production.
In mid '04, Frank King was arrested and sentenced to 2 years in prison. The entire time, all he did was write rhymes and make beats in his head.
In April of '06, he was released and quickly re-established himself as a dominant force throughout Douglasville by appearing on the Murk Mob album, "Welcome To The Family."
Since then, he has been in the studio, working 24/7. With his debut album, "Premium Product" about to drop, and his mixtape "On Tha Top vol. 1" nearing completion, the streets are in for a rude awakening.
The time for playing is over.
